ACW TV - January, Week 1, Year 7

*To kick off the show, we see Holden Powers sitting in a comfy chair in the ring, which has been set up like a talk show set. The Unknown stands stoicly in the corner behind him wearing his normal ring gear but also a red necktie. Paul Heyman hands Holden a microphone and Holden welcomes everyone to The Holden Powers Show starring Holden Powers, what he says will be a new fixture on ACW TV in the new year. He spends an inordinate amount of time putting himself over and mentioning how he is a former World champ and current Tag Team champ before introducing his very first guest ever... Damien Adams. Damien's music hits and he comes down to the ring, already with an annoyed look on his face. Once he gets in the ring, Heyman hands him a microphone as well and he takes a seat in a much less comfortable looking chair. Damien says immediately that he wants to get this ridiculous charade over with and Holden looks offended and surprised, stating that being the first guest on such an already prestigious show is an HONOR and should be treated as such but agrees to get on with it and says he has a very important question for World champion Damien Adams: How does Damien feel after being the weak link in last week's 6-man tag match against the New Day and LOSING it for his team, which just so happens to have included Holden and The Unknown. Damien's annoyance triples and he looks like he's trying to hold himself back from going off on Holden when the New Day's music surprises everyone in the ring. Big E gloats about putting down the World champion last week and that seems to have been the last straw for Damien. Damien tells Big E that if he's so confident, why doesn't he face his good friend Masahiro Chono next week. Big E gladly accepts and before ACW TV goes to commercial break, a smug Holden says that he's considering the first episode of The Holden Powers Show starring Holden Powers a glowing success.*
